Update of KIIDs following the Q&A updated of March 2019

ABN AMRO INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS, as management company of ABN AMRO FUNDS, announces that in order to comply with the UCITS KIID regulation on benchmark disclosure, following the ESMA Q&A updated of March 2019, the KIIDs of subfunds of ABN AMRO FUNDS.

ABN AMRO INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS, as management company of ABN AMRO FUNDS, announces that in order to comply with the UCITS KIID regulation on benchmark disclosure, following the Q&A updated of March 2019, the KIIDs of the following subfunds were updated on 16/01/2020:

 

-        ABN AMRO Funds Fund of Mandates Asia-Pacific Equities

-        ABN AMRO Funds Fund of Mandates Emerging Market Equities

-        ABN AMRO Funds Fund of Mandates European Equities

-        ABN AMRO Funds Fund of Mandates North American Equities

 

The modifications made are the following :

 

-        Addition of the precision below to the Objectives Investment policy section (page 1) :

 

“This Fund is actively managed and is compared to the (name of the relevant index) for performance and risk level indicator purposes. However, the reference to this index does not constitute any objective or limitation in the management and composition of the portfolio and the Fund does not restrain its universe to the index components.

Therefore returns may deviate materially from the performance of the reference index.

Choice of the underlying strategies and composition of the portfolio are not defined or restricted by the components of the index. The manager will not seek to limit the level of deviation of the portfolio in regards to the index but due to the Fund combining multiple active strategies on a discretionary basis, the risk and return profile of the Fund will be comparable to the index. The expected return of deviation between the fund and the benchmark (the tracking error) of the Fund will be moderate.”

 

-        Addition of the past performances of the relevant index in the Past performance chart (page 2).
