ABN AMRO Investment Solutions takes great care over managing and protecting your personal data.

This document describes how we collect, use, process and send your personal information (or "personal data" under the personal data protection act) when you use our products and services as well as our internet sites.

  • A person contacting AAIS
  • A service provider's contact
  • A board director or executive representing a legal entity (whether client or service provider)
  • People with advisory roles (e.g. lawyers)
  • Beneficial owners (UBOs), shareholders or employees of a legal entity which is an AAIS client.

In all these cases, we may use, or be likely to use, your personal information. If you are on this list, please read this document carefully.

Mr Frank J Mulder is the data protection officer for all ABN AMRO Group legal entities and works from ABN AMRO’s head office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He is backed up by an international network of data protection liaison officers.

Cookies

ABN AMRO Investment Solutions may collect and analyse information in connection with the use of his web site, such as domain name, the number of hits, the pages visited, previous/subsequent sites visited and length of user session. This information may be collected by using cookies. A cookie is a small text file containing relevant information which our webpage-server can extract from your browser. Our webpage-server may only require cookies that relate to information that has been exchanged between you and ABN AMRO Investment Solutions through internet. Cookies not containing any security sensitive information can be stored on your hard disk in such a manner that they are available during the next visit. The only cookie that is saved from the secured domain on the hard disk is the cookie that is used for retaining the bank account- and pass number on the login page.
